Tamika S. Bodie-Dean is a career strategist and résumé consultant with over 20 years of professional experience and advanced training in business, finance, and leadership.
Through years of evaluating professional profiles and workplace competencies across industries, she has identified a common challenge - qualified individuals being overlooked due to weak résumés, limited interview preparation, and unclear career positioning. She founded BG careers to help clients
